The mission of the Warsaw/Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce is to be the advocate of business in stimulating economic growth and diversity, promoting educational excellence and coordinating action on issues of community importance.

Mark Dobson - President - Contact Me
Warsaw Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce

Mark Dobson brings a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors, and understands the importance of strengthening a community's identity while collaborating with regional partners.

Dobson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Butler University with strengths in marketing and management.

Most recently Dobson comes from the Chamber of Commerce of St. Joseph County, where he established a Community Leader Forum, rebuilt the Public Policy & Community Affairs division, and developed member retention strategies.  He has served as President of the County Commissioners of St. Joseph County with an annual budget of $65,000,000.

Previously he was a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker and Century 21, and was vice president of B&R Oil Company, Inc.

His professional training includes Indiana Economic Development from Ball State University, and Master Petroleum Marketer from Phillips 66 Marketing & Management Institute.

Trina Hoy - Director of Communications & Events - Contact Me
Warsaw Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce

Trina Hoy joined the staff of the Chamber in 2004 as the Director of Communications & Events, bringing over 15 years of administrative experience with a strong background in event planning, communications, and photography.  In her position, Trina maintains the Chamber's web site, creates communication pieces in a variety of media, and directs Chamber event activities.  She enjoys working with Chamber members on press releases, advertising needs, or event planning.

A native of Warsaw, she has been active in the community all her life, and is currently a member of the Kosciusko County Extension Chorus, and the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club.  Trina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in art from Taylor University.

Michelle Goble joined the staff of the Chamber in 2002 as the Administrative Assistant.  In 2005, Michelle became the Chamber's Executive Assistant.  In her current position, Michelle is responsible for day to day functions of the Chamber.  Also, Michelle handles the bookkeeping and payables for the Chamber and for Kosciusko Development Inc.  A native of Kosciusko County, Michelle graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Tri-State University.  Michelle and her husband and their two young children reside in Kosciusko County.

Alyssa Lowe - Administrative Assistant - Contact Me

Alyssa Lowe joined the staff of the Chamber in September of 2011 as Administrative Assistant.  She attended the University of St. Francis, where she played on the women's volleyball team.  Alyssa, born and raised in Warsaw, IN, graduated from Warsaw Community High School.  Alyssa and her husband, John Bryan Lowe III have three children and are very active in their church, New Life Christian Church and World Outreach, Warsaw, IN.
